The Wounded Self + Meditation Golden Flame of Illumination, June 8th

The Wounded Self + Meditation Golden Flame of Illumination, June 8th

The wounded self is what we created when we were little, feelings of aloneness, loneliness, grief, fear.

It does not mean our parents were abusive but they may have been emotionally absent because of other situations within the family.

We grew up feeling neglected because our needs were not met.
Through this we developed many false beliefs;

I am not good enough.

I am not lovable.

These experiences taught us to be judgmental about our self.

This left us wounded and this feeling did not disappear when we became adults.

In my book Sacred Mystical Journey I talk about how to overcome what looks like insurmountable challenges, but all of this can be done as we forgive, release the pools of emotion and embrace all aspects of our self.

Take a walk with me along the pathway of the heart as we embody the wounded self and celebrate who we are.

I invite each of you to embrace love, gratitude, compassion and forgiveness in all aspects of your life and watch the magic happen. I look forward to seeing you Wednesday, June 8th as we join with our global spiritual community, creating a stable energy field emanating from The Village at Montrose, a place of inspiration and empowerment opening us up to the beauty of who we are as we walk the pathway of the heart.

Blessings, love and light,

Finbarr
