Boosting the Immune System this Winter

There are many ways of supporting your health and the first one is that you take full responsibility for your health, listen to your body and come to understand what it is communicating to you.

I will talk about the many healing ways and protocols you can use to support your body with vitamins, supplements, herbs, homeopathic, essential oils and natural remedies.

We will look at boosting your immune system, supplements that help the immune system, assist with gluten and candida challenges, arthritis, joint pain, depression, bone density challenges, alopecia, allergies to cats and dogs, lowering PSA naturally, support for various cancers including, breast, prostate and more.

Immune support – Ginger plus Turmeric Tea.
Cut off about one half inch of ginger, peel it and chew it slowly for as long as it takes as you do this you will feel it working through the membranes, throat, secreting opening up the chest and sinuses etc.
The secreting is very important so chew slowly.

Then take a cup or mug of warm water, add a tea spoon of Turmeric powder, grind in some black pepper and add a tea spoon on honey this boosts the immune system. People that were coming down with flu like symptoms and pain took it 3 times per day for 5 day but the symptoms disappeared day 1.

My daily recipe is: Chew Ginger first thing in the morning, Chew Ginger and make the Turmeric Tea before I go to bed. It has many health benefits taking it this way.

Immune support II.
My friends in India have been taking the following which is an amazingly powerful and they tell me it is stronger than hydroxychloroquin. A little more work but amazing results and you don’t have to chew the ginger.

Grated Ginger, 1 tablespoon full
Cinnamon, 1/3 tea spoon
whole black peppercorns about 6
Cumin 1/3 teaspoon
Cloves about 6
Turmeric 1/3 teaspoon

You can up the amount of Turmeric, Cumin and Ginger if you wish.
Boil the above for 15 minutes then allow it to cool down and drink
add basil leaves if you have them and you can also add a teaspoon of honey if you wish after it has cooled down.

The above recipe is per person.

There is also and Indian drink called Giloy Juice which is very powerful juice Patanjali Giloy Juice you can get it in 500ml bottles from Amazon it also comes in tablets and powder, I use the juice as it works faster and I use the powder in my shake.

Additionally you can support your immune system by taking the following Whole Food supplements with one of the above protocols.
