Saint Mary's Church

Saint Mary’s Church dates back to the 10th Century and belonged to local nuns. Historians believe Saint Mary’s Church was likely built outside the main enclosure of Glendalough which was a monastic settlement, one of the most important Early Christian sites in Ireland.
