Kilmalkedar Church And Cross

This Early Christian and then later Medieval site covers 10 acres. Thought to be founded by St. Maolcethair, a local saint, the church is a 12^th Century Hiberno-Romanesque Church. Watch for the three finials reaching up above the gables.
