"FINBARR ROSS is the author of Sacred Mystical Journey, A Life Journey from Tragedy to Triumph, a mystic, spiritual guide and facilitator of self realization. Experience the incredibly rugged beauty, tranquility and sacredness of the Isle of Iona. Let this unique land and the exceptional sites inspire and ignite the imagination. Scotland holds the energies of the Druids; the holders of Ancient Wisdom going back to the time of Atlantis. They were the Pre Christian Teachers of Wisdom, the doctors as well as the holders of the Atlantean, Egyptian and Lumerian energy. Their significance in spiritual history and evolution cannot be overstated. On this sacred journey we have the opportunity to avail ourselves of these energetic gifts and to feed our souls as we awaken to the many wonders of the Celtic miraculous and the mystical. Join Finbarr on this spiritual adventure, opening the pathway of the heart; a journey of true ascension where we will feel the sacred humility of being a pilgrim, a more unique and meaningful way than the ordinary traveler experiences.

Sacred Journey to The Holy Land of Celtic Scotland Tour Itinerary:

8.00 a.m. Departure from Glasgow. We journey to Kilmartin Glen, an area in Argyle with its mystical luminescence. Kilmartin Glen features one of the largest concentrations of Neolithic and Bronze Age remains in Scotland. There are over 350 ancient monuments within just a six mile radius of the village! We gather amongst The Standing Stones, a henge monument featuring five burial cairns etched with cup and ring marks and more. We enjoy the splendor of the Temple Wood Stone Circles, Cairn and additional Standing Stones. We discover the significance, power and meaning of our ancient past. Afternoon ferry from Oban to Mull/Iona. Overnight on Iona for four nights. (B&D)

Tradition has it that Jesus and Mary Magdalene visited the Isle of Iona and where it is said that Mary Magdalene gave birth to a son, John Martinus. There is also the belief that Mother Mary and Joseph of Arimathea visited Iona.

There are many sacred places on the Isle of Iona including the famous Iona Abbey associated with Saint Columba with its sanctified vortex connecting us with Mother Mary and the Divine Feminine energy. We walk the Hill of Angels, the highest point on the island upon which sits The Well of Eternal Youth. This holy well is also associated with Ireland's St. Brigid. Here we will participate in a sacred water initiation.

We will visit the home of Saint Columba who lived in Iona during the 6th century. St. Columba was an Irish saint of note who founded a number of famous monasteries. This holy home is where it is believed that the Book of Kells was begun, later to be completed in Ireland. We will explore the Iona Abbey, St. Martinus Cross, St. Oran’s Chapel, St. Michael's Chapel, the Royal Burial Grounds of Kings as well as the ruins of the Iona Nunnery. We will enjoy glistening sacred beaches and much more. Finbarr, no doubt, will share stories about the sites including The Grail family's sacred connection to Iona.

On a personal note, this is the place where Mother Mary brought to Finbarr’s awareness, the ‘5 Years of Transparency’, starting at winter solstice 2007. He became aware of the 13 Gateways of Awakened Consciousness starting with winter solstice 2012 with the final 13th Gateway being opened at Tara during the winter solstice 2023. All of this leads us through the final gateway in 2024 which will be the ‘Awakening to the Power Within’. All of this is before our next great shift in 2025 bringing us ten years of integration. We will celebrate The ‘2025 Integration with the Self – Integration with the Soul; our essential Self’.

Iona was a most Sacred Isle to the Druids in ancient times and for the Culdees and Celtic spiritual beings who also came here. This Holy Isle’s historical notoriety has resulted from the Celtic Mission of the Irish Saint Columba who came to Iona during the 6th century A.D. Here we will experience Sacred Ceremony, Ritual, Meditation and the Divine Vortex Energy of the Island, opening ourselves as we attune to this holy land.

The Isle of Iona is all about ascension, it is about the Self, it is a place where the veil between Heaven and Earth is so thin that pilgrims here can easily access multiple spiritual dimensions.

We will travel to Fortingall Church. There we will experience the famous Fortingall Yew Tree. This magnificent tree is said to be the oldest tree in Europe; believed to be about 5,000 years old. Lesser known is the intriguing oral folklore that Pontius Pilate was born in the hamlet of Fortingall. Fortingall is known for its ancient Mystery School which was connected to the Essene Mystery School at Mount Carmel.

* The Croft Moraig (Field of Mary) megalithic stone circle, believed to date back to around 3000 B.C.

  • The “Praying Hands of Mary”, a megalithic standing stone in Glenlyon which is on an earth energy alignment, or leyline, with the Croft Moraig stone circle.

  • The Holy Mountain of Schiehallion. The translation from the gaelic is “The Fairy Hill of the Caledonians”. Curious tales are told about this awe inspiring mountain of quartz crystal.

  • The St. Mary’s Grail Chapel with its remarkable heraldic mural painted on its barrel roof ceiling also displays astonishing and unique hidden symbolism.

Overnight in Pitlochry. (B&D)

It’s one of the oldest of Scotland’s castles. We will enjoy the expansive views with loads of wildlife; known also for its extraordinary nature reserve.
