Communication – Relationship + Meditation with the Golden Flame of Illumination, October 6th

We think of communication in relationship to others but do we stop to think about our communication within?

Everything in the universe is energy. There are vibrational frequencies in the human system that are more dense, like bones, and other, less vibrationally dense, frequencies in your system, like the bloodstream and its flow. There is an even less dense version of you, the breath, that flows through the body.

Those various vibrational energy and frequencies flow together – they communicate – which creates this physical system that we are walking around inside of. We are often told, “It’s time to get in touch with the energy flow in the body.” That is absolutely true. What is important to understand about that is you don’t simply have energy streaming through you, you are that energy that is streaming.

So let us come together and explore the depth of these energies, frequencies and vibrations within us.
